My Wedding

When we decided to plan our entire wedding in just 7 weeks, I knew I wanted to design every detail myself. What followed was an exhilarating creative sprint that became one of my most rewarding design projects.

Working with a retro theme that perfectly complemented our venue, I crafted a cohesive visual identity that carried through every touchpoint of our celebration. The project encompassed Custom wedding signage, seating charts and welcome displays, Bespoke wedding invitation website, food and menus, and for our Tasmanian leatherwood honey jar favours, cheeky custom stickers.

Using authentic retro typography and a carefully curated colour palette, I created a design system that felt both nostalgic and fresh. Every piece worked harmoniously together while maintaining the fun, personal spirit we wanted for our day.

This intensive project reminded me why I love design – the thrill of bringing a vision to life under tight deadlines, the joy of creating something meaningful, and the satisfaction of seeing guests interact with and enjoy the experience you've crafted.
